Delay the Disease

​The goal of Delay The Disease is to empower people with Parkinson’s disease by optimizing physical functions and helping to delay the progression of symptoms.  Classes meet once or twice per week for 60 minutes, and incorporate cardio, strength training, balance exercises, posture, and flexibility.

Pedaling for Parkinson's

The goal of the Pedaling For Parkinson's program is to reduce symptoms in people with Parkinson’s disease by following a prescribed cycling protocol. Classes meet three times per week for 60 minutes, and involve cycling on a stationary bike at 80-90 RPMs.
